I have been working as a notary public for 6 years. I have experience with General Notary Work, Loan Documents, Wills, Trusts, and
POA's. I have been certified by the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System. 

I have extensive training with loan documents including HELOC, Reverse Mortgage, FHA & VA Loans. Attention
to detail is my first priority. Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, and PCOR are triple checked to ensure
accuracy. Open communication between all parties involved is key to a mistake free signing, and in the
case an error is made I will fix right away. I know how important urgency is through this process. My aim
is to deliver scan backs and return documents fast and on time. 

I am based out of Fair Oaks, CA 95628. I am available for all surrounding counties including Sacramento,
Placer, El Dorado, Yuba, Yolo, Butte, Solano, and beyond. I am willing to travel as needed.
